Default GWH 1/48 F-15J 203rd Sqdn Air Combat Meet 2013

Kit manufacture: Great Wall Hobby Kit # SNG02
Scale: 1/48
Type: F-15J
Extras used: DXM Decals 41-4220
Paints : Vallejo, Mr Color, Mr Hobby, Tamiya, Floquil, GIA, Alclad, Mr Metal

This was a really cool build. All OOB except the decals. Fit was great! Hardly any filler used! Builds into a nice aircraft OOB! Well worth the money.

My only complaint is how the weapons attach.... No locating tabs at all for the AIM Missiles.

On to the pics!

Thanks for looking!

Dave

Epic looking eagle! Is it just me or is the writing on the starboard vertical stab reversed?

Yup... It's reversed on the real thing! I tracked down a pic just to make sure... It had me put off the build for a while when I noticed it....

Very nice build!
I have the same decals. did not notice the text.
Was that the only problem with the decals?
