Update — I’ve been on vacation so I’m making slow progress on the Viper. At first I wanted to scratch build the wire bundles & hydro lines, but that’s too much work.

Viper wheel wells are usually pretty clean, but since I’m doing a Hill Viper during the height of OEF, this one will be a tad dirty.

I was shocked yesterday to see this Viper kit on the shelf at the local HobbyTown USA after over a decade since it's release. I built mine back in 2005-2006, best ever. I really wish the Thunderbird version would be re-issued, I want to build a Block 42 (WAR HUD required).

AWESOME! Keep us posted.

The best Viper model I ever built, way back in 2005-2006.

Chris,

Congrats on all the accomplishments, especially the Master's! This looks awesome, so far. I do 1/72nd and have a ton of Vipers to do, so I'll watch for tricks of the trade.
