Weathering was with pastels, and Tamiya weathering make-up kit.

Sorry to spoil the fun but i think this bird was in green/grey camo,not brown/green...

i might be wrong but i have the tamiya kit and itīs green/grey

but nevertheless,good job

I did wonder that about the camo too. But as you have pointed out there was both brown/green and grey/green. But let's not get into the whole 'what's the correct shade for Foliage green?'.

Oh I did debate that myself actually. I went with RAF dark green, because it just looked right to me. I like to start with a base color and add or subtract to get the right mix to my Mk.I eyeball. The other greens looked too bright and I had already sprayed another build wih dark green and it looked like what I wanted without having to mix anything. The sky blue, however was Duck Egg Blue with a dash of Sky S. Looked right to me.

Best tool in the modellers tool box the ol' Mk.I Eyeball. Use a lot myself for paint selection. With so much going on in wartime each colour would of had a number of different shades for different reasons. Your Mk. Eyeball looks spot on.
