Default 1/48 Tamiya F-16 C-to-D Conversion

Hello everybody. I am new to this forum. Recently I learned about it and I have to say I have learned a lot already reading all the interesting topics on jet modeling and tweaks. Great resources. I wanted to share my recent build.

This is a Turkish AF 152. Squadron F-16D. This squadron does not perform SEAD/DEAD missions, so the munition is not realistic (call it a show bird). The decals are the fantastic Caracal Decals. The C to D conversion was something I had never tried this before so it was a little difficult for me. I had a lot of fun though. I had been wanting to build a 152. squadron model for the longest time and finally managed to do it.

I was inspired by Habu's C to D conversion I saw a while ago:
http://www.britmodeller.com/forums/i...9&#entry317239

That gave me the courage to try the conversion.

Thank you very much all! It was a fun build. I like double seaters a lot so could no longer resist the conversion. Habu's build gave me the right ideas about how it can be done.
