Tamiya have a clear flat in their paint range...

Tamiya have a clear flat in their paint range (not to be confused with X-21 Flat Base). It gives a flat finish, but has some sheen to the paint. The product code is XF-86.

I think Zotz are working on some 1:32 F-14 decals. Check out their forum on Large Scale Planes. I'd love to see VF-111, VF-21 (with the black nose) and VF-33 done properly.
