    Hello-
K&S metal products should be available at any hobby shop that caters to radio control or model railroad-I'm sure you can find it in the Netherlands-

    Hi Pete,
I was going through your work on the Viper on a stick project and ran into the 'stick' solution of K&S Engineering. Do you by any chance know a good retailer where I could order this wonderful metal material in the US (shipping internationally)?
Or where in the US K&S is available (e.g. Wal Mart? or Sam's).
    Best regards,
    Tim

p.s. yes, I am actually building my first Dutch Viper.

I was just looking over your article in FSM (my congrats and compliments). I had two questions. First, I notice you paint part of the camo scheme around the intake before ever gluing the fuselage together. I guess it's because of trying to get the tight area between the intake and fuselage proper. Do you do this with all Vipers or just those with that kind of (camo) paint job? Do you actually paint it before attaching the intake to the lower fuselage, or just once those two section are glued together. Second, I wanted to know about the process of getting an article published at FSM. Besides having a well written story about a topic they would be intrerested in publishing, and having good photos, is it really just a matter of sending it in? Snail mail or e-mail? Letter of inquiry or just send in the article? Any particular format to the submission? And how long does (did) it take to hear back from them, one way or the other?
    Thanks,
    Mike Todd
